Purpose

  • Integrating data in a bar chart, table and pie chart
  • Interpreting data from a bar chart, table and pie chart

Integrate data into a table and then choose whether you want a bar chart or a pie chart. Both is also an option. Use charts to show relationships between time-related matters, distributions, fractions or percentages.

Press the cursor button in the toolbar to control the tool. Add a title in the white field and enter the names of the table parts in the table. The table parts are automatically assigned a colour in the first column. You can add data in two ways:

  • Enter the value and percentage, and the bar and the piece of the pie are automatically adjusted accordingly.
  • Select a part of the bar chart and the value, and the percentage and the piece of the pie are automatically adjusted accordingly.

You can cover all data in the table independently of each other. Select a cell with data and then click on the eye icon the hide the contents. Click on the cell and the eye icon again to reveal the data. Click on the coloured cell and then on the eye icon to hide the entire row. Click on the coloured cell and the eye icon again to reveal the entire row once again.
The same applies for entire columns by clicking on the title of the column. You can show or hide the total values at the bottom of a table by clicking on the eye icon.
You can adjust the table with the plus and minus symbols in the toolbar. Selec
